International Return Policy

At Tourismo Clothing, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our international return policy is here to help.

Returns

You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original condition within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be returned with all tags attached and in their original packaging. No restocking fee is applied for returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service at contact@tourismoclothing.com to arrange the exchange. Return and resend shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Non-returnable items

Promotional items, personalized items, and underwear are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
